Return And Refunds Policy:

Products without Embroidery can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We do not have a courier pickup facility and items are to be sent back to us at the customer’s cost. The product cost along with GST will be refunded to the customer on receipt of the product in resalable condition. The refund amount will reflect in customer's account within 4 to 5 days of initiating the refund.  Should there be a manufacturing defect the shipping cost to and for will be refunded by us.
 

Order Cancellation Policy:

To cancel an order you have placed with us, you must contact customer support by email (sales@trueuniforms.in) . Cancellation will not be entertained for customised orders that have been already processed. Cancellation will be accepted provided the shipment is yet to be affected. A full refund will be initiated and funds will reflect in customer account within 4 to 5 days of cancellation.
